มูลนิธินวัตกรรมการศึกษาทำบันทึกข้อตกลงกับ บริษัท แสนสิริ รามอินทรา จำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2549 ขออนุญาตจัดตั้งโรงเรียนบ้านของเล่นเมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2549 จากนั้นได้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นโรงเรียนอนุบาลต้นกล้าสาธิต เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2550 และต่อมาขออนุญาตจัดตั้งโรงเรียนสาธิตพัฒนา เปิดสอนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1–6 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2550

The Educational Innovation Foundation entered into a memorandum of understanding with Sansiri Ramintra Co., Ltd. on 17 February 2006, and received approval to establish the school on 16 May 2006. The school was renamed Tonkla Satit Kindergarten on 21 May 2007, before expanding to include Primary levels (Grades 1–6) from 16 May 2007.

วันที่ 27 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2550 ได้โอนกิจการให้กับ บริษัท เนชั่นแนล เอ็คยูเคชั่น ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ จำกัด (ปัจจุบัน บริษัท เอ็นอีดี แมแนจเม้นท์ จำกัด) วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2551 รวมกิจการภายใต้ชื่อ "โรงเรียนสาธิตพัฒนา" โดยขยายชั้นเรียนถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และขยายถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2554

On 27 December 2007, operations were transferred to National Education Development Co., Ltd. (now NED Management Co., Ltd.). On 16 May 2008, the schools merged under the name "Satit Pattana School", expanding to Lower Secondary. Upper Secondary was added on 16 May 2011.

มูลนิธินวัตกรรมการศึกษาลงนามความร่วมมือกับคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เมื่อวันที่ 20 มกราคม 2550 ถือเป็นกำเนิดโรงเรียนสาธิตพัฒนา ภายใต้โครงการบริการวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษา ครอบคลุม 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การบริหารโรงเรียนและประกันคุณภาพ, หลักสูตรและการนิเทศ, มาตรฐานบุคลากร, การรับนักเรียน, การคัดเลือกบุคลากร และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรต่อเนื่อง

The Educational Innovation Foundation signed an academic cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University on 20 January 2007 — marking the formal founding of Satit Pattana School. The collaboration covers six areas: school administration and quality assurance, curriculum and supervision, personnel standards, student admission, staff selection, and continuous curriculum development.

  Six 2-storey residential-style Early Years buildings opened for Pre-KG and KG 1, alongside administrative, reception, and dining facilities.

  ก่อสร้างอาคารปฐมวัยคอนกรีต 2 ชั้น พร้อมสระว่ายน้ำในร่มมาตรฐานโอลิมปิก อาคารกีฬาในร่ม ห้องประชุม และโรงอาหาร 525 ที่นั่ง

  Constructed a new 2-storey Early Years building, an Olympic-standard indoor pool, an indoor sports hall, a meeting room, and a 525-seat dining hall.

  เปิดใช้อาคารต้นกล้าสาธิต 1 และ 2 พร้อมสนามกีฬาในร่ม 744 ที่นั่ง สระว่ายน้ำ 645 ที่นั่ง และโรงอาหารใหม่ 525 ที่นั่ง

  Tonkla Satit Buildings 1 and 2 opened, alongside a 744-seat sports arena, a 645-seat aquatic centre, and a new 525-seat dining hall.

  ปรับปรุง E-library ขนาด 256 ตร.ม. ห้องบริหารงานวิชาการและกิจการนักเรียน และขยายชั้นเรียนถึงมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

  Renovated the 256 sq.m. E-library and academic-affairs offices. Upper Secondary introduced on 16 May 2011.

  วางแผนก่อสร้างอาคารมัธยมศึกษา 5 ชั้น พร้อมห้องวิทยาศาสตร์ ห้องภาษา ห้องสมุด ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ และห้องประชุม 700 ที่นั่ง

  Plans confirmed for a new 5-storey Secondary building with science labs, language labs, a library, computer rooms, and a 700-seat auditorium.

  เปิดใช้อาคารวิชชาพัฒน์ 5 ชั้น มีห้องปฏิบัติการวิทยาศาสตร์ 3 วิชา ห้องภาษา 5 กลุ่มวิชา E-library โดมความรู้ ห้องคอมพิวเตอร์ และห้องประชุม 700 ที่นั่ง

  Wicchapattana Building (5 floors) opened: three science labs, five-discipline language labs, E-library with Knowledge Domes, computer rooms, and a 700-seat auditorium.

  The THB 1,000 examination fee is non-refundable.

  ค่าแรกเข้า 30,000 บาท ชำระครั้งเดียวเมื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์เข้าเรียน (ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนค่าธรรมเนียมแรกเข้าทุกกรณี)
